Cancellations
Please contact LovelyCora, LLC within 24 hours of your purchase if you would like to request a cancellation. We will accept cancellations requested within 24 hours of the purchase, as long as the item has not already been shipped. If the item(s) have already been packed and shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel the order or issue a refund. To contact us regarding a cancellation, please use the contact form or email us at lovelycoradesigns@gmail.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond to your request an issue the cancellation. Please also keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns
LovelyCora, LLC is not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. However, please contact us if you have any issues with your order and we will do our best to assist you and make it right.
Damages and issues
After delivery please inspect your items and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
LovelyCora, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Issues regarding missing or mis-marked packages will be evaluated on a case to case basis. Please contact USPS first about lost or stolen packages. We cannot guarantee a refund will be issued for a lost or stolen package.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double check that the address provided at checkout is 100% correct and accurate. LovelyCora, LLC is not responsible if an order is sent to an incorrect address due to the buyer providing an incorrect address. If your order is not yet shipped, please contact us immediately to request that your address be corrected. If your order has already shipped to an incorrect address, you will not be issued a refund unless your item(s) are sent back to us as a Return To Sender. If your item(s) are returned as a Return To Sender, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) only. If your item(s) are not returned to us, we will not be able to issue a refund. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and correct address.
