Due to all items on our website being made to order our processing time for any order is 5-10 business day at the longest. Your order will likely ship before that timeframe, but please allow 10 business days for processing and shipping before contacting us to inquire about the shipping status of your order.
Orders are made and shipped in the order in which they are received. Larger orders may take more time to fulfill as the items are handmade after you place your order.
Processing time does not include the time it takes to arrive after it has been shipped. Shipping time will depend on the shipping method you select, and the time it takes for the mail carrier to deliver it.
If you purchase a shipping upgrade, please note that this does not affect the processing time. Processing time will still be 5-10 business days to make and prepare your order to be be shipped. The shipping upgrades ONLY affect the speed in which your order arrives after it has been shipped through the mail carrier service. If you would like to request a rush order, please use the contact form BEFORE placing your order, as there may be an additional fee. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and let you know if we will be able to meet your Rush Order request.
LovelyCora, LLC is not responsible for late items. If you have a time frame or deadline for when you need your item(s), please plan accordingly and understand that even if you upgrade your shipping or request a rush order, your item is not guaranteed to arrive by any date.
Delivery Times and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, LovelyCora, LLC no longer has any control or responsibility over your order. The only information we have on your order is what is provided on your tracking number. We will provide you with the tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you are responsible for tracking your order and contacting USPS if there are any delays or issues with the delivery of your order. If there is an issue with the delivery of your order, Please contact USPS FIRST, and use the contact form or reach out via email if you have any questions about your order. Please also see the Refund policy for issues regarding lost or stolen packages.
Once your order has been shipped, the time it takes to arrive may vary. Please allow up to 6 weeks after your order has been shipped for it to arrive. If your order still has not arrived within this time frame, please contact USPS, and then contact us immediately so we may evaluate the situation and determine the best course of action to make it right.
